Casual chats, relaxed vibes, cosy coffee moments- baby/toddler chaos is totally welcome.
Little ones of any age are welcome or come solo -whether you’ve got a newborn in a sling or a toddler in tow, this space is for you.
Expect a small, cosy group, warm conversation, and a chance to connect with likeminded local mamas.

Hi mamas! I’m Rachael. I’m originally from the UK and have lived in Amsterdam for 5+ years. I had my son here and meeting mama friends in my neighbourhood made my postpartum experience so much better. I’m a therapist in training, with an interest in anxiety, relaxation and getting better sleep. Walks in Westerpark, getting creative and chatting away over a coffee are my jam. I love to meet new people and look forward to meeting local mamas soon!
